IntelRides therefore does not guarantee uninterrupted or perfectly accurate GPS tracking at all times.
Where camera services are enabled, authorized users may be able to access live or recorded footage from applicable vehicles.
Camera functionality depends on the installed hardware, network connectivity, power supply, storage capacity, and subscription.

IntelRides may not be responsible for failures caused exclusively by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntelRides shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including network failures, GPS limitations, hardware failures, third-party service interruptions, unauthorized user actions, or inaccurate information supplied by customers/users.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users and organizations using IntelRides agree to be responsible for claims arising from their unauthorized use of the platform, violation of these Terms, misuse of information, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated terms will be published on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the services after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
